TUCKER RONZETTI graduated with a B.A. in economics from Duke University in 1987 and magna cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law in 1992, where he was editor in chief of the Law Review and received the Order of the Coif. Following graduation, Tucker served as law clerk to Judge Edward B. Davis of the Southern District of Florida.  

Tucker joined our firm in 2001 and specializes in civil and commercial litigation.  Prior to joining KTT, he served for over seven years as an assistant county attorney for Miami-Dade County, where he litigated and advised regarding commercial, labor, employment, civil rights, personal injury defense, construction, and appellate matters.   He has also practiced commercial litigation with the firm of Valdes-Fauli, Cobb, Bischoff, Kriss & Mandler.  

Tucker was an instructor of legal reasoning, research and writing at the University of Miami School of Law from 1992-2004, and is presently an adjunct professor.   He is admitted to practice in the State of Florida (1992), the Trial Bar of the Southern District of Florida (1993), the U.S. Eleventh Circuit (1996), the U.S. Supreme Court (1998), and the District of Columbia (2005).
