NOTICE OF SALE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that John W. Kozyak (A Kozyak@ ), Plan Administrator for the confirmed Chapter 11 Plan of Financial Federated Title & Trust, Inc., American Benefits Services, Inc. and their various alter egos (collectively the A Debtor@ ), by and through undersigned counsel and pursuant to Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 7069 and Florida Statutes ' 56.21 hereby gives notice that, pursuant to Writs of Execution issued in the above style cause on March 1, 2001 against Ronalee Levy Orlick (the A Orlick Writ@ ) and on March 16, 2001 against Raphael A Ray@ Levy (the A Levy Writ@ ), the United States Marshals Service have made levy on the following property:

I. Property seized pursuant to the Orlick Writ:

A. Two (2) earrings with clear stones;

B. One (1) earring with a blue stone;

C. One (1) painting by Jim Warren, number 75 of 295;

D. One (1) painting by an unknown artist titled A Path of Discovery,@ number 272 of 295;

E. Two (2) untitled paintings by Wilfredo which depict ocean and cove scenes; and

F. One (1) unnamed and untitled painting depicting a sunset and palm trees, number 79 of 150.

II. Property seized pursuant to the Levy Writ:

A. Two (2) eagle statutes;

B. Two (2) horse statutes;

C. One (1) horse and wagon statute;

D. One (1) eagle plate;

F. One (1) set of goblets;

G. Two (2) vases;

H. two (2) telescopes;

I. One (1) rug; and

J. One (1) untitled and unnamed oil painting.

as the property of Ronalee Levy Orlick (A Orlick@ ) and Raphael A Ray@ Levy (A Levy@ and collectively with Orlock the A Defendants@ ), Defendants in the above named adversary proceeding.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that Kozyak shall offer the property for sale at auction A AS IS WHERE IS@ with prior liens and encumbrances, if any, to attach to the proceeds, on February 6, 2002 at 12:00p.m. at the following location:
