DAVID L. ROSENDORF was born in Hollywood, Florida in 1967. He obtained a B.A. in English from Emory University in 1988 and graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law in 1992. He was a member of the University of Miami Law Review for which he contributed an article to a symposium issue on homeless issues and the law. In September 1995, David rejoined the firm after concluding a one year judicial clerkship for the Honorable Robert A. Mark, United States Bankruptcy Judge. David is a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. He is a member of the Bankruptcy Bar Association for the Southern District of Florida and the Dade County Bar Association.
