KTT serves as Co-Lead Counsel in Edward LiPuma v. American Express Company

The court has preliminarily approved a settlement reached between American Express and certain cardholders who have made purchases with the American Express cards overseas.  The court has appointed KTT as co-lead counsel for the plaintiff class.
