David A. Samole is a member of the firm's bankruptcy department. He practices primarily in bankruptcy and business law representing creditors, committees, trustees and debtors.
His practice also includes workouts and business reorganizations,
as well as analyzing complex legal and business issues associated
with bankruptcy and commercial real estate matters.
Prior to joining the firm, David served as Law Clerk to the Honorable
Robert A. Mark, Chief Bankruptcy Judge for the Southern District
of Florida, and Law Clerk to the Honorable Barry S. Schermer, Bankruptcy
Judge for the Eastern District of Missouri and Southern District
of Florida. David obtained a B.A. from the University of Chicago,
and a J.D. from Washington University School of Law, where he served
as Articles and Notes Editor for the Washington University Law Review,
and received the Scholar in Law Award.
He has also written for the American Bankruptcy Institute Journal,
is active in the local Bankruptcy Bar and is a contributor to the
American Bankruptcy Institute's Blog.
