DAVID P. MILIAN
David P. Milian is a shareholder in the
firm's commercial litigation department. David has been involved in
various litigation matters, including contract claims, unfair competition
and deceptive trade practices, trademark infringement, theft of trade
secrets, RICO, professional malpractice, and securities fraud. David
is a skilled trial attorney who has successfully litigated a variety
of cases before federal and state court judges and juries, and the
American Arbitration Association. David also has significant experience
in evaluating and bringing claims on behalf of trustees and receiverships
of insolvent entities, particularly securities and other commercial
fraud actions.
David attended the University of Florida College of Law where he was
executive Articles Editor for the Florida Journal of International
Law and is now an active member of the Cuban American Bar Association.
David is fluent in Spanish and has represented a diversity of corporate
and private clients from all areas of the country and South and Central
America.
