Mindy Y. Kubs, a member of Kozyak Tropin & Throckmorton’s bankruptcy department, concentrates her practice on all aspects of bankruptcy matters and related commercial litigation.

Ms. Kubs joined KT&T in 1994; however, she left to serve as a Judicial Law Clerk to United States Bankruptcy Judge Raymond B. Ray for five years before returning to the firm.

She earned her J.D. degree in 1994 from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. In law school, Ms. Kubs interned for the Honorable Joseph L. McGlynn, Jr., United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Florida, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa in 1991.
